I've not spoken much about property as an investment to date because it wasn't an area that I was versed in. However over the last few months I have been looking at another investment stream for myself and my research has proven that property should be seriously considered.

I've found out that the old ways of purchasing property is what's failing investors especially for those of the buy to let era. It's creative finance and property sourcing that's the new way and I could go on and spend hours explaining, however you need to research websites like Glevum Properties which go onto explain some of strategies in play today and it appears that financing property deals have become quite an art and all legal and above board; in fact I've been on a couple of workshops to have these strategies explained in more detail.

What I'm trying to say here is that property should be considered as part of your wealth plan regardless of Market conditions and the state of the global economic conditions, in fact more and more investors are turning to property because they are not getting a return from the banks due to low Interest rates. Some are even willing to fund property sourcing specialists who want to build there own portfolios but don't have the funds so it's a marriage that promotes a win win for all.

What you get is a person with time and expertise and an investor with money but no time and together you both build and create good returns over the medium to long term. If you want more information on property investing and your a UK resident then drop me a comment or go the contact page and leave me a message and I'll endeavor to get back to you. However if your an investor and looking to move into property then again drop me a line and we will try to hook you up to the appropriate people. Hope to here from you all and don't forget to drop us a comment
