I ask this question all the time because every crash I waited for it seemed that there was never any mileage in it especially when you watch these property programs who make it sound easy. This time though I think there is a big sea change because I discovered through a mutual friend that the reason the likes of you and I never get into the property game is because all the closely guarded secrets are just that Secrets! between the privilege groups, but this is about to change.
The property market is now being opened up by a group of experienced property experts who came from humble beginnings and fought through the garbage to tell us how they became property millionaires, but want to and are teaching the ordinary guy in the street how they too can become successful property investors.
You may well remember in some of my earlier posts I dismissed property as a vehicle that only enhanced your debt portfolio, but all this has changed because of my links with the right people. That’s right it’s who you know and not what you know and whether the people in the know is willing to tell you what they know.
I’m off in a week to a property conference in London to sit amongst the wealthy and the ordinary to learn how to build another income stream and then apply it. I have already invested in some education on this subject from these guys and I must admit I was pleasantly surprised with the content and that I was able to apply it without even going to the conference hence the reason why I’m going.
The guys at Progressive Property have already provided me with a shed load of help and material, plus they actually spent quite considerable amount time on the phone with me to get me up and running. Some would say that’s silly because you wouldn’t need to go to a conference especially if your paying to go. However my thoughts are if this is what you get free to begin with what else that good would you get when you pay for it.
There are so many so called experts out there that its difficult to believe who is the genuine article, but if you have the likes of James Caan of the BBC’s Dragons Den as the keynote speaker then Progressive Property has a lot of qudos in my books. So until the next post keep the questions coming.
