I’ve said some very bad things about investing in property based on the the facts I had at the time. However having dealt with one of the leading edge property companies here in the UK that view has changed and significantly.
The property market especially for the first time buyer is next to non existent especially where getting a mortgage is concerned. But Progressive Property has changed all that with some of the most novel ways of owning your own home. I’m one of those going through a very messy separation and once I has settled with the ex then I’m lucky if I’m left with 100k and at my time of life the last thing I want is a mortgage.
This is not of concern to progressive because they has adopted the ways real estate is bought, sold and rented from countries such as Australia, New Zealand and the US along with converting the language that allows the legal side of things to tie up nicely.
Progressive themselves have purchased hundred of investment properties along with the Rent to Own scheme which differs from how we do it here in the UK and allows 1st time buyers to get on the ladder without have to purchase anything from day one. Progressive also reveal how they do it in there very cheap training courses and show those who want to setup as the middleman to help those 1st timers onto the ladder.
I am now a convert and will probably be setting up a similar business stream once I’ve finished the training for my local area and will post the details here. This is a stream of income one should consider and will definately become part of my investment portfolio.
